Controller and scope
MARTINFIERRO.ORG is an independent digital publication. Administrative controller identification and a verified private channel for exercising data rights still require completion before direct personal-data collection features are offered.
Infrastructure and technical data
The site uses Cloudflare for delivery and GitHub for code and file management. These providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services, including IP addresses, requests, security logs and browser data, subject to their own policies. See Cloudflare and GitHub.
Forms, cookies and advertising
The presently documented legal pages do not provide user registration or an active contact form. The project contains hidden technical placeholders for possible advertising; placeholders alone do not establish that advertising or advertising cookies are active. This statement is not an independent technical cookie audit.
Future services
If analytics, advertising networks, tracked affiliate links or similar services are introduced, this policy must be revised to explain their data use, providers and applicable visitor choices before activation.

Libraries, archives, Wikimedia Commons, GitHub and other external sites operate under their own privacy policies.
Data rights
Argentina's Law 25,326 is one relevant data-protection law, along with any other applicable rules. The current lack of a verified private data-rights contact channel remains an operational limitation, not a waiver of applicable rights.
